Ed first moved to Lake Worth in 1972 and worked with his family’s construction business until 1986. He has twelve years of experience as a Rehabilitation Inspector first with the Northwest CDC and then with Palm Beach County’s Department of Housing and Community Development. He currently works as a construction consultant and residential home builder. He also serves as Board member for the Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). He resides in the Downtown Jewel neighborhood with his wife, Joyce, and their two children, Katherine and William. |

Rosa Sabater Treasurer |

Rosa was born in Bilbao Spain , came to the United States at the age of eight and was raised in the New York Bronx. She attended the Bronx Community College, where she majored in Business Administration & Finance. She worked as a Licensed Realtor and raised her three sons in New York from 1985 - 1997. From 1997–2002, she worked as a Residential Loan Officer at HSBC Mortgage Corporation, (USA), where she originated loans throughout the five Boroughs and was instrumental in creating new mortgage products to assist low to moderate income populations. In 2002, HSBC transferred her to South Florida to serve as the liaison between the community and retail, and heighten and develop HSBC's awareness and services at grass roots level. She lives in Port Saint Lucie with her husband, Richard, and youngest son, Micheal. |

Harold Grimes Vice President |

Harold is a Lake Worth native and graduate of Lake Worth High School. Through out his life he has been very active in the community. In the late 1970s and early 1980s he coached football for the Lake Worth Optimist League. He was also “one of the community’s major proponents in pushing for the municipal gym that now sits on Wingfield Street.” (Palm Beach Post 7/23/08) He is now a board member for the Police Athletic League football program and owner of Harold’s Ribs & Catering. He and his wife reside in the Vernon Heights neighborhood of the City of Lake Worth. |
